Shipping Policy
For handmade products, standard shipping time is 4 to 7 days. For fashion jewelry, shipping time varies on the product's warehouse location. If it comes from an U.S. warehouse, the shipping time is 2 to 5business days and if it comes from an overseas warehouse, it is 5 to 10 business days.
Refund Policy
All earrings are final sale and are NOT RETURNABLE. NO REFUNDS. If we are at fault or if the item got damaged while in transit, we will replace or exchange item with another one of similar price. All items are inspected before shipping. If a handmade product gets damaged due to it’s materials and components within 30 days of purchase, contact us, we may repair or replace the item after case assessment.
